Constant calling 'Not Available'.

I am a couple days late and a little over limit. I get it. 4 calls in one day? Not necessary. They left FOUR messages. ugh

Missed call from this number. No message was left. I do not have a Credit One card/account. Assuming they called the wrong number, I called back and was told they would remove my number from their list.

They keep calling on Saturday they called 3x Sunday 2x so I finally called back cuz my phone said it was a Scam it was Credit One asking for my last 4Ss# and address I told them they should have it I wouldn't give it to them my phone ID say Scam they Hung up!!!

Because it is Christmas and she doesn't want the crooks to not have money to buy presents?

Thanks for that info. They wasn't leaving a message and I don't call back. When I answered the first 3 times it just hung up. Smh

Get calls all times of day even on Sunday! When I call back they hang up.

I got a call today and a woman voice greeted me and hung up on me immediately. It does not like a legitimate call.

Called at 8:30am on a Sunday and hung up when I asked if they thought it was appropriate that they called me at that time. When I called back, hung up on me. Called back again and she asked for the last 4 digits of my social. Try again.

If they charged your card 4 times in 24 hours why are you waiting until you pay it off to cancel it?!?! Report the fraudulent transactions and cancel the card now!

This is why I gave Credit One my Google voice number. I forgot to set up automatic payments for my credit one card so I missed the payment this month. I received FIVE calls this morning at 8:52, 9:53, 10:43, 11:27 and 12:44. Google voice is on silent because I only use the number for certain things I'd have been PISSED if they woke me up. Can't believe they only ONLY called 5 times. SMH.

Credit One. Ruthless and rude. Told them I was paying my payment through my bank and they said that wasn't good enough, I told them I was not able to get my debit card number because I was driving. Said they needed payment now. Asked for my SS# and address. I told them again I would pay it via my bank. They are ridiculous. The worst credit card ever. Takes 7 days for them to process the payment, even if it's on their site with ridiculous fees. Paying this card off and closing the account. Rudest customer service ever!!!

Credit One Bank, calling if you have their credit card and a payment is late. My payment was a few days late and they called CONSTANTLY, even on weekends and in the evening.

I agree with you, after being in the hospital for two weeks and missing my very first payment ever in 5 years they called my home 21 times in one day and what I told them that I would pay it with my bank account and not with my debit card they got very upset very rude and I said you know what I've changed my mind I'm going to pay this with a different credit card that I have Ono you can't do that and I said why not it goes right to my back I'm making them think it's a debit card it didn't it was another credit card that I had they charge that credit card four times in a 24-hour. Scam soon as my card is paid off and shredding it and sending it back

They just want their money. Answer the phone and tell them to post date it if you must. They’re just doing their jobs. Everyone I spoke to was nice
