Phone rings and no one leaves a message. They call all times of the day and never leave a message.

Not sure what they want as no one leaves a message. I get calls from this scamster almost daily from multiple numbers. If they are a debt collection agency as others report, they have the wrong person! I don't have any debts and I've had my phone number less than 6 mos. I am disabled and many times when they call they wake me. If they call one more time, I'm taking them to court for harassment!

This is a debt collection scam. PORTFOLIORECOV is a robocaller. They rotate through a huge list of numbers to avoid getting blocked.
