Did not answer. Assumed it is scam call. I am on do not call registry. They left an automated message including my name saying that I needed to call express scripts. Mail is the only appropriate means of contact for official business. Mail is the only Federally protected means of communication I am aware of. Anything else is suspect at best, and harassment most likely.

Received call from this number, voicemail claimed to be Express Scripts and left another number to call back.I called the number on the Express Scripts website instead - they never called me. It's a scam. Don't answer, don't call the number they leave.

Received several calls from this number lately.. Finally answered, robocall recording confirmed my name by asking to say 'yes'... It gave mean impression that possible reason for the calls is to collect voice sample, saying 'yes'. Can it be???

It was a robo call wanting to confirm the member present in the household who uses their prescription services and discuss changes in the prescription program. Upon confirming I was the insurance member it then stated to have said person who I had just confirmed I was call them back at this number.

Received call from 978-775-6393. Automated voice said she was from Express Scripts and had a few questions. She said to call back 855-842-5861. Neither of these numbers are listed on the Express Scripts website. DO NOT RETURN CALL!!

I have ExpressScripts, and they are awful. Held back my meds on me for weeks because they were trying to force me to go through their mail delivery instead of one of their AUTHORIZED local pharmacies.I blocked the BECAUSE they call themselves ExpressScripts.. not in spite of..

It was a Robocall from Andover,MA, leaving a random call back number that did not match the number that was calling.

Thinking might be about an unfilled Rx answere call. Robo addressed me by my name on cell phone and asked if I was (my 1st name). I said 'yes' (then realized my error). Robo said could not be sure had heard me ant tried to get the 'yes' again (but by then I realized simply this was a scam and asked robo a question instead, prompting the caller robo to hang up). My Rx refiller does not have my cell #.

High risk and harassment calls.
