Very annoying. British gas left an answerphone message saying it was 'imperative' I called them, When I did it was a sales call and not 'imperative' then someone call me using this number and I have read below that it is to do with british gas feedback... So not an imperative call at all and then they have the cheek to ask how well they did - i think i will swap energy suppliers after this
Automated call inviting feedback following a recent phone call to BG customer service. 'On a scale of 1 to 10 etc etc etc...' Lost the will to live before I'd finished answering the first question. Harmless but annoying.
Called 8am on a Sunday so didn't answer. Searching through comments seems likely it was British Gas. As I had a call-out last night it might genuinely have been for feedback, But not leaving a message and ringing at that time with an unknown number will make anyone suspect it's yet another nuisance call.
