It's East Kent NHS trust doing reminders for appointments. People criticise this policy but 2 weeks notice allows for any cancellation to be offered to another patient. Some people on here are somewhat arrogant to the real world!

If this is East Kent nhs appointments what is the point in calling two weeks in advance. Couple of days maybe but not that long. It is also very annoying. I did not ask them to and do not ever forget appointments. What a cheek.

It's Kent Hospitals. They'll never leave a message due to patient confidentiality. I doubt they'll leave any message in any event as I imagine it's an automated message reminding you of your appt, which only kicks in if the phone is answered.
