Really hacked me off! Told me our phone contract is not with BT but with BT Local. ITS WITH BTBUSINESS FULL STOP.Have made a note of the number and will not be answering so they can waste as much time as they like harassing us we will not answer and hopefully they'll move on.

Very rude girl saying a mutual customer had an 0800 number we used - I said I had no idea what she was talking about and I hung up.

This number is from Southern Communications who constantly telephone you to try and get you to sign up for their phone deals. If you don't answer through a direct dial number, they try through reception and claim to be from BT. Really annoying people.

I am receiving almost daily calls from this number. The same guy calls and makes out like he knows me personally to try and get passed through. I have now called twice and told them to stop ringing me, so we'll see...
