Didn't want this unsolicited call

A lady spoke and told me she worked for the Motor Insurance Database and would like to update details they hold about me, she went on to an accident I had in a car last year, and wanted to know if I had put a claim in for Whiplash...I explained it was a low speed accident more like a little bump and I was not injured.She told me that didn't matter they would put a claim in on my behalf...she wanted me to put a false claim in...That's where the call ended.

Despite me telling them numerous times I wasn't involved in an accident and to remove my details they insist on calling back again and sgain
