both my old phone and new phone now do not work. after calling have been told to go to an o2 shop.

I had The Phone spot call me and said they were working on behalf of O2 and it is now time to upgrade and change my tarrif . I was very busy and said yes ( like a fool) is there anything I can do to stop it HELP PLEASE

they send a confirmation email but it is not possible to reply to it if you want to change your mind. Any emails just bounce back. I have been in touch with O2 who say they have put a note on my account to stop any unauthourised change to it but I am still very wary of this phonespot company. If they are ligit why do they make it so difficult to contact them?

Don't use this company. They are a nightmare. Steer well clear they are nothing but hassle

Got a cold call phone from phone spot. To offer me a deal on my phone . But 20 later when I phoned the number 01509618593 customer service to cancel it the man I spoke to had no Knowledge of this woman.

Well I had a call from 01743816872 they said they are Phonespot Carphone Warehouse They had all of my details upgraded me for an iPhone 7 £36.50 a month on o2 I spoke to them on Monday to confirm it's been sent I am still a bit worried as have not had a confirmation email to say it's been sent out now when I phone it's says it A G Management working with e 2 Save I am really concerned as I am out of contract on the 16th

Just been reading the reviews about this no. ive been getting rung multiple times by this no and the 0159 no. If this is a call centre how do they get my phone no. I thought they were carphone warehouse, who I dont really like and was talked into upgrading my phone. Never gave out any bank details but are they really phoning on behalf of phone co. Have I done the right thing. I am very suspicious now.

Phone spot is an affiliated. Company of car phone warehouse. Hubby had probs being passed back and forth from o2 to car phone warehouse. Car phone warehouse gets their goods and they also send phones to be repaired to phone spot. So people don't be fobbed off. It is car phone warehouse u deal with. Good luck.

Absolutely sick to death if this number ringing my home phone and ,mobile number. I have blocked them hopefully that will be an end to it!!!!!

I am having terrible trouble with this company tried to cancel lo and behold can't send an email to them tried phoning and they say failed security on my address I'm just frustrated they are the biggest scam company

I work for the phone spot. Just to clear a few things up. We are part of the carphone warehouse, an online affiliate. Carphone warehouse are authorised to upgrade and renew 02s customers which is why we call you. It does not matter whether you got the phone through CPW or not. We cannot take you away from 02 it is our job to keep you with them. We will never know tariff info as that is breach of DPA. We never ask for any finical details either. Hope this clears a few things up.

They can scam all they like I gave no payment details at all haha just my address let them send and scam away

I had the same company phone me.i didnt give bank details but they said they would bring me down to a lower tariff which i thought was strange as i only upgraded in december.they said i would get a new sim through post and my tariff wud change ..not heard anything .is it a scam what do i do.i keep ringin but they always say 30 mins delay so have stopped.can they get into my accounts or anything.

Received a call saying car warehouse . They had my name and address . No account details were asked for. I was due an upgrade and my last phone came from car warehouse. Have I been scammed

I had a call over a week ago about my phone upgrade from this number and low and behold have herd nothing to but I do hope they don't mange to get any money from my bank account I've been frouded before it's such a hassle DONT SPEAK TO NO ONE WHO SAYS THERE FROM CARPHONE WEARHOUSE

Phone spot are part of carphone warehouse - They are listed as a trading name of carphone warehouse with the FCA - Financial Services register and have been since 2006. If carphone warehouse say they are not part of them, then that is very misleading.

either phonespot or e2save sent me an upgrade I never wanted .rang cpwh they said nothing to do with them .yet on my account it says cpwh I have tried all week to get it sorted .but get rin around off all concerned including cpwh .any one who wants a phone on contract go to a network you can trust .you b a lot better
