This phone number is 100% a SCAM call. I received a call off this number claiming to be TV licensing - I then called the real TV licensing phone number and they confirmed it was a SCAM call. DO NOT give any personal details to these people. REPORT them to Action Fraud. I work for the police, please do NOT give these people any money!

Had this no on a card delivered by royal mail. It was designed to look like a undelivered parcel. Said I had to phone urgently. It does not say for what or why. If it is TV licencing it is a dodgy way to hassle people who quite likely do not require a licence. Did not phone it.

Called me asking for my son said he must speak urgently to him as something wrong with tv license. My son has been called himself before they said he needed to transfer all his money into account they said was safe I intend to call police

Called today. Told me I had to provide address in order for my TV Licence to be cancelled - that you couldn't do it online. Said they had emailed me (didn't give me my email address) monthly and had called me and that I needed to give my postal address. Added pressure by saying that you could ring back but 56 people in the queue and would shut at 6:30pm so best to just provide the details. Sounds like a scam, although for what end I am unsure.

I have had four phone calls in the last two days and haven't answered it as I have searched the number and herd all the negative comments about it

Freakin' knob ends. It's about my TV licence which I point blank refuse to pay for. Wouldn't be so bad if there was something decent to watch but the BBC can sing for it. No regrets.

Phoned and said to licence costs were escalating. Pay for licence by direct debit so no need to call me.

Comes up as spam on mobile. Not surprised it is TV licensing, although bill is paid, keep calling. Inefficient people who collect money to enrich superstars - e.g. Jimmy Savile. How can employees from an organisation such as this have pride in their work, as the ridiculous tax they collect supports celebs who constantly utter profanities, and lord knows what other scandals they have covered up over the years.

This number has rang a couple of times now and if I answer they hang up. So today when I got a call from number again I just ignored it and they left a voicemail .....calling me a fat c@nt! 😱 I'm about 9 stone wringing wet ha the dicks

Guy called Mohammed said he was from tv licensing, yet we pay by direct debit. Asked him to leave us alone. He said there was important information he needed to tell us but wouldn't because we would not tell him our postcode.

I've had this number call twice in the past few days, but left no message.It could be the TV Licencing authority as we have not renewed the licence on our holiday home, as property is empty and the sale going through, but if so, why not just leave a polite message.

Stated they were to licencing, I pay my bill quarterly and when challenged and stated if you want to get in touch do it by email where I got my licence sent to, then hung up on me, when I tried to ring th licence back office had been closed for over an hour, scammers

That number keeps calling me ive got the location were they are so I'm gonna report them to the police

This call has worried me as i have payed my tv licence .by credit card . transaction is on statement .i also have txt on mobil phone .but as yet no written conformation from tv licensing that was promised
