Scam message saying I need to pay my mobile phone useing an automated system

it keeps calling me it called me 3 times yesterday and it has called me twice today I searched up the name and apparently it's a O2 scam number

Is scam do not answer nor call back if you are not sure contact O2 using phone numbers on your own bills.

Whos number is this they have called me 100 times today

It's an O2 HUSTLING line - David Cameron & cronies as of the day, thought it could be a good way to NUDGE people into dealing with late/not-completed bill payments. It causes stress, harassment and allows customer service operators to be abusive to contracted CLIENTS who may actually have serious grievances to be dealt with - by the nameless Kirsties/Roys etc who can be rude and then hang up.

Who's this number

As far as I can tell, this is a genuine O2 debt-collection number. The annoying thing is they're ringing me every 30 minutes or so even though I've paid my bill. I've got it labelled now so I don't waste my time answering!

Was called by this number saying their o2 requesting payment but when I contacted o2 that don’t know this number and say it’s definitely not them

I called 202 (the normal o2 number) because I thought this was a phishing scam, but o2 confirmed that this is their debt collection number

I keep getting calls excessively from this number, 3 times in half an hour on a Sunday too. Looking it up it seems to be O2 or O2 scam? I am late paying a bill but by a few days and it’s for £29.99 not in the hundreds If a genuine number they surely shoukdnt be hassling people so much
