calls twice a day, I asked them to stop and now they can 3 to 4 times a day, its a spam 'healthcare' robo call.

When I answered the phone nobody was on the line.

Called the house phone And was blocked by club locking device that shall remain nameless on this site. Indication of a Scam/Robocall

Did not answer. Left a vm claiming to be an 'Ingenio rx' and something about prescription coverage? If they are legit, they aren't doing a great job of not sounding like yet another scam caller.

Insurance company calling to have insured update their info with their pharmacy. Problem is ... the name of the family they mentioned does not live at this phone number. Messed up robocaller?

This is NOT a RoboCall. It is to remind all Anthem members to updated their member information at the pharmacy as they are moving to Ingenio RX for all the prescription services.

I did not answer. I live in MO the call said it was from Delaware. This was a legit call from my insurance company, Anthem, reminding me to update my insurance info at the pharmacy because they are changing to Ingenio RX for all the prescription services.

This number left an automated voicemail from Ingenio RX. Called stating they are taking over my prescription benefits and that I should show my most recent health insurance card to the pharmacist to make sure there is a smooth transition. Appears to be valid, as I recall getting a letter or a prior call regarding this same information. I still would not provide any personal information if I did answer, just to be safe.

This number just called me 8 times in 1 minute, no voicemail left. Same thing 2 days ago. My phone auto blocks spam and robocalls. Appears to be from Delaware.

Robo caller claiming to be my new RX company. Said I should show my latest ID card the next time I visit the pharmacy. Hung up on the canned voice. Figure the human would come on the line if I got hysterical about not having a new card.Then they would start asking for personal information. Not the way my insurance company does business.

You know, just because this was 'a legitimate call, not a scam' for you doesn't mean it is for others. Scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time. Anyone receiving a legitimate call from this number would also receive a message, as you claim you did, so wouldn't need to come here.And since you already know who called you, why would you look up the number? Do you often look up known phone numbers?

Answered the call, it was automated. Said they were my health insurance? My insurance company wouldn’t be calling from Delaware? I’m in Washington state. Asked if this was said household, I didn’t answer, I hung up.

NOthing to do with my Healthcare! 3rd party wannabe scam. if my Healthcare has something important they send an envelope with their genuine Co. Name. They do not have some never B4 heard of Co. bombard me with unwanted calls! I have never received a phone call from the genuine ABCBS unless I called them first!
