received call, after I accidently placed 2 orders on grub hub while trying to add an item to my bag after id placed the order, they canceled the duplicate order, received email and text as to fact.

Called at 10:30pm. Could not understand heavy accent of caller. Calling about a supposed order . Didn't order anything from anyone or any where. Hung up when I asked him to spell the name of the company. Certainly did not appreciate the call.

Claims to be grubhub customer care, knew what restaurant I had ordered from over an hour earlier, however:* call bombed 3x over an hour after food was delivered before sending sms (no voicemails left)* sms'd to check email about refund from grubhub* sms'd next that they want to confirm i received my order and i should call them back* Eat24 app shows order completed and allows me to rate the experience, all completely normal* No email ever arrived from Eat24/Grubhub after initial order confirmation indicating any issues/cancellations/problems/refunds.If it's grubhub, they're trying really hard to convince me that they are criminals. Red flags galore.

Lots of lying shills in this thread. That outfit must be really desperate if it has to advertise here. Probably really costly with very poor service.

This is the grub hub care team. Unfortunately someone else was trying to have dinner delivered to me as a surprise because I was injured. I didn't know so when a guy with a funny accent is telling me he is calling about and order I placed, I said 'no your not' and hung up. I thought he was just fishing for account information. And he didn't Identify himself as Grub Hub. I didn't find out until later that night when I got a text from my friend.

I wasn't aware this outfit needed free advertising that badly.

I have received 2 calls from this number, one time at 11:30pm. NOT ok.

This thread only allows a negative selection of call type, a safe haven for consumer scammers. This is a valid GH number that tries to find and prevent scams. People try to scam all businesses. This thread is full of consumer scammers. Zero respect for other people/workers. Most consumer scammers think everything can and should be free. Can't show us how this is done. So they spread their BS wherever they can. And of course desire an all mighty power to force everyone to work for rationed rewards. Funny how the will not think it is fair to have the same share as the will do. Yes, I am a driver. So I know very well, the games people play.

Grub Hub Customer Care - calling to follow up on a recent Grubhub food order. Restaurant had informed them that one of my ordered items was unavailable that day, and their customer service team was calling to see if i wanted a substitute item or a refund. To their credit, they called 3 times when I did not answer (didn't pick up since I did not recognize the number). Finally left a message and I called them back.Would be better if:1) caller ID identified them as GrubHub (i would have answered on the first call), and2) they should have left a message on the first call (not third) - would have saved us both some time.Note that since spammers can (and do) spoof any number, not all calls appearing to be from this number may br from Grubhub. In my case, this was a legit call.

12/12 7:45 I called Grub hub 949-544-8507 because I tried to log into my driver account and received a message to call this number. So I did and was told I need to go to active accounts departments. I was transferred over and wait 4 minutes then received dead air in which someone had me on mute. So I started to say hello and got nothing then I started pressing ****888888 999999 and still nothing. I hung1 minute later I received a call from 312-260-1126 I answered and hello and it was dead air again. So I started pressing number again for 30 seconds.So I logged onto this website and entered the phone and low and behold it Grub hub. Great I'm getting crank calls from them

I got a phone call from this number...called after midnight...not good at all...bad service...woke me up...
