Yes, you can request to be placed in the Do Not Contact list. Maybe the coordinator didn't do it correctly. Probably, the coordinator just marked the status of the call as Do Not Call, but that's not enough. They have to go to the DNC tab and mark you as Do Not Call

It's the United Healthcare Teleterrorists. We had to have our number changed because of these Domestic Terrorists. Once your number gets on their Blood Hunt List, they will terrorize your household to the end of time and bedamned with the Do Not Call List.

Left voice mail: Wanting to set up a house call via United HealthCare. I have been so annoyed by these calls that I called United HealthCare and told them to stop calling. I'm healthy and also an RN. I don't need anyone coming to my house, especially in the age of covid. They assured me I'd receive no more calls. But I keep getting them anyway, so I doubt that UHC is authorizing these calls.

I guess I must have already blocked this number because they've called twice, and my phone didn't ring. Why do they keep bothering me when I see my doctor regularly? I do NOT need a home health visit!

Yes, it's UHC. The HouseCalls program benefit is included in your plan, and they just want you to take advantage of it, but it's not mandatory. You can see more details in the website www.uhchousecalls.com, or call the toll-free # 1866 686 2504. I know it shows a MD area code, 443, but that's because the central call system of the network is located there.

I receive at least one call per day from this number. They do leave a recording and want a return call. They state that they are with United HealthCare and have important information to discuss. They leave a return number of 866-686-2504.
