Unfortunately, because I'm unable to reach you by phone, I will be actively pursuing you at either your resident or employment. She gave a case # and said to call back at 470-729-3131 . Then said you have been notified.

Caller said he was calling on behalf of advance America regarding a check written on a national city account and I advised I have never had National City Bank, and he advised well when you go to court you can advise that info. I asked for validation of debt and he advised the account has already been though several debt collection companies now it is being prepared for suit.

Receiving calls pending 'notification', must call or will served and at that point nothing will be resolved. YOU'VE BEEN NOTIFIED is the last statement. Stop the scam and con!
