Person called to try sell me some kind of investment technique called 'credging'. Could not understand what that word was and immediately said I was not interested. Very insisting and rude. It smells like fraud. I've also herd lots of noise in the back and the guy had a French accent, not quebecois. Blocked.

Did not answer the call because the caller ID showed as V22221520800142. As far as I know, phone numbers do not start with a letter, unless the caller is trying to hide something.
