They left a voicemail and SAID they were calling from Comenity Bank regarding Torrid. But there were several things wrong with the message. For one, my account with Torrid is current and has been current. 2, they used my maiden last name, not my current name. 3, they used my user name not my legal first name. Seems pretty fishy to me. I may call Comenity customer service later but I certainly won't be calling this number back. Also it didn't include the typical 'this is an attempt to collect a debt...' info they usually give.
