Said my warranty was about up on my vehicle and when I asked which vehicle he said my primary one and they would need year make and model. When I asked if they knew my warranty was almost up he said the file came over blank?? and I asked how do they not have my car information if they know my warranty coming up due. I was disconnected after that. My vehicles are leased, there are no warranties that come up, they are covered for the duration of the lease.
