I am a Comcast customer and this person somehow knew my name without me telling them. I allowed them to talk and they messed up by offering me a price that was higher than what I was paying for less than what I was already getting. Of course, they got to speak to the dial tone. Now, they keep calling me back at least 5 times daily.

Same situation here. I cancelled my service recently so I am guessing Comcast is trying to get me to sign up for some new deal that will ultimately have me paying $140 a month again. No thanks.

Called me about 10-15 times on a nearly daily basis... one day i happened to be around to answer.. i didn't say anything at first, but finally said hello. Suddenly I heard a thanks and that my msg had been sent by a recorded message. Weird. I blocked the number on Google voice.

They stay on the line long enough so my phone picks it up as a message but there is no message. My caller ID picks it up as Comcast. I have had 2 of these calls but I don't answer, I don't think it is Comcast.

This was an automated call offering services - it actually was in the midst of its message when I answered on the second ring. No options for a human. The message finished and hung up.I've had numerous calls from COMCASTCABLE - I can't confirm that the number is always the same, but I suspect that it is. I'm not even 100% certain that it is COMCAST.Just another annoying human - good people wouldn't do this.God help the humans become good people. :)

They've been calling me, on average, once a day 5 out of 7 days a week. This happened the month before last but finally stopped, just to start up again this week. They call when I'm at school and at work, it never ends.

This is definitely Comcrap.....I answered the call yesterday (big mistake) and was offered the moon and stars for signing up for some big deal which actually was no deal. Today they are calling me non-stop....4 calls from that same number today. Some people just won't take no for an answer!!!

Answered it a couple times in the beginning, sometimes there would be someone talking, sometimes not. Realized it wasn't comcast, and stopped answering. Sometimes they will call weekly, then will go for periods of time with no calls. Just got my first call in a while today. It's annoying.

I called Comcast here in AZ and let them know that 678-393-7960 are bugging a lot of people, they took the number I have on my caller ID and they will be checking it out, I am a Comcast customer so why would the be calling me at all ?? 100% this is a scam, Comcast said they had no idea that this was happening.

I received multiple hang up calls from this number over a multiple month session. I finally got a response @11:30am on Nov. 16, 2016.A male tried to sell me Comcast phone service for 20 bucks a month. Even after explaining I use a cel phone and the federal legislature requires all cel carriers to provide emergency services The gentleman refused to accept it and still pushed for me to purchase phone service. I refused and he hung up. Call it a scam if you want I don't know, and no longer care.
