Received four different calls from four different numbers today, all referring back to this number. I keep blocking the number, but they call back from a different number. All numbers calling come from an area code 648, but they all contain the same recorded message referring back to this number.

I get multiple calls a day!!! This is more than annoying it is harassment! They call from all kinds of different numbers. I HAVE NO APPLE ACCOUNT!

This is the 'toll free number' I'm instructed to call on the recorded message. I've received dozens of these calls now. It started with Apple tech support and now it's just a robot saying that if I want to call them back I need to call this number. I sometimes get 4 or 5 calls a day. The number they call from is always different, but the same recording and call back information.

Robocall to my Grandma claiming that her apple ICloud needs to reset the password wanting personal information. Scam number!!

This has to be a scam. I have no supporting e-mail from apple concerning activity on my account and they called my home phone which is not associated with my account.They also claim the call back number is toll free and it is actually a NY area code. I tried to call the number and because I don't have long distance on my home phone the number couldn't be completed as dialed. So it is a hoax.

Called from (614) 934-2810? and left msg that my icloud account had suspicious activity on it and to call back at the other phone number. Called multiple times a day. Pre-recorded computer generated voice.

Missed call recording from ROBO caller leaves message in barely understandable speech 'if you are interested call 718-307-1139' Yes... something definitely needs to be done about security thru the phone systems in authenticating the SOURCE these fraudulent calls before the phone system passes the call !!!

This is a typical scam, saying your Apple device has been breached, LOL. (I have a PC). This goes on everyday, at least 5 calls which is now harassment. It is a Brooklyn New York area code, not a toll free number and certainly not Apple. When I have the time, I like to scam these idiots by keeping them on the phone for as long as possible, so they don't scam someone else. Unfortunately, our FCC allows this crap to continue. Anyone who allows these people access into their computer will then be locked out, they will search your files for banking records and other important info, then you must pay them to unlock your computer. Never do this part unless you have a virtual computer and know what you are doing to lock them out of their computer first and give them a virus.

Three calls from foreigners claiming to be with Apple. I called the number that called & it was with Apple; however, they caution against scammers stating that my Apple computer had been compromised. On the first call, they left a number to return the call - that number is 718-307-1139. I don't even own an Apple of any kind!

Starting out being robocall. Ididn't hang up and hit 1 to hopefully get an option to take the number off their list. Instead I got a person who said, 'how can I help you'. I stated, 'You called me, how can I help you?' He just hung up.I searched the phone number, and it is to a Christopher L. Metzler. I get this call continuously. I would love for it to be stopped!!.

They call on different numbers, one was a Apple Store in NY that had their number hacked. 2 NY #'s and just got a call on a number from Richmond, VA (804-420-3000) but the return number they leave is the 718-307-1139

Got a call today May 21 telling me to call this number to fix my Apple devices! Sounds like fraud! Did not call back.

This has become harassment, I get about 5 calls a day, every day from these idiots. I wish our FCC could do something about this and it's not a toll free number, (718) is Brooklyn, New York. I try calling that number, to harass them, but it's disconnected. They want you to connect with them as soon as they call. Such a scam, I hope no one falls for this nonsense.

I am suddenly tormented by these calls. 5 yesterday, 2 so far this morning and on and on. We don't have 1 Apple product on our home!! We've told them several times to take us off the list but they hang up once they hear our complaint. The DO NOT CALL list is a complete joke. 638-851-9123 just called our business. Caller ID came up as NAME UNAVAILABLE. It was an illegal robocaller with a pathetic prerecorded female voice phishing script that it was laughable. You couldn't understand half of what was being said in the recording. The scammer wants you to call Apple back at 718-307-1139. First, we don't use ANY Apple products here. Second, it's clearly a scam. Blocking both numbers immediately.

FIVE calls from 'Apple', telling me to call this number because 'there's a problem on your Apple device'....what a bunch of bullcrap! This 'call us back' number has nothing to do with AppleSo, I called the number of Apple that showed on my caller ID, which is 603-521-3400. A recorded message came on saying that Apple is aware that some people are receiving these calls and no personal information should be given to them.
