I got a phone call from the above identified person stating I have a default account from 2016 and she would attempt to obtain a signature of legal documents from going to my work or my home. She provided an account number. When I called to found out what this was about, I was informed I had a debt of $30,000 to settle inmmidiately or to go to court.

Got a voicemail from Cindy Michaels saying she's from the filing department and is going to be serving me between 3:00 and 5:00 legal documents and if I'm not there to sign for them they get returned as a denial to sign it doesn't make no sense and a case number as I have no clue what it means the numbers from Houston I don't even live in that state

Same as others I live out of state and have never lived in the county they are saying but said will come to my place of employment or home and threatened that if I didn't sign it is considered a refusal and will go to jail ....if it was the county they say why in the heck are they calling from texas

Claimed to be an independent process server. Needs to serve sealed documents for an out of state county in which I previously resided. Will make a last attempt the next day. If I don't contact them to make arrangements to meet, they'll consider that a refusal. And be forced to turn them in undeliverable. Gives this phone number and a case number.

'Ms. Boyer' tried to get my husband to believe he had an outstanding debt with Citi Financial. She had him call another # for more information and he could hear her in the back ground of that call. The male wanted to settle it now vs. him calling the company directly. They had the last 4 of an bogus account # - not one of ours and a bogus 'case #'.

Called to inform me I owed a credit card debt that went delinquent in 2017 and could possibly settle it for me for half of what is owed.
