Called asking for prior authorization to allow my practice to provide gender affirming voice therapy for once of their employees. Interestingly enough, they knew that my practice provides this type of service which is great... but sketchy. They also called my personal line, instead of my business line.., more sketchy. In the end, they said the patient would call me directly once she spoke to her pcp about obtaining prior authorization for voice therapy.

Called telling me I was on his 'do not call list'. Wanted,to know my name to verify it. I told him he had my number so put it on the. List. He knew my first name and said he needed to know my name in order to verify it. I just hung up. The whole thing made no sense. Phishing call imho.

Called my cell phone 6 times in a row. I did not answer and blocked call. I do not answer calls from out of state if I do not recognize the number. They could have left a voice mail instead of repeatedly calling 6 times in a row which was very irritating. According to the other complaints, looks like phishing theme.

Person with Rick mid eastern accent was telling me that they are checking into why my employer has not deducted my pension payments from my pay. Since I am not employed I would label this phone call as spam. Told the collar he did not have the right information I knew nothing about the company he was calling about and do not have a pension. I hung up and blocked his number Beware.

This appears to be a telemarketing company that does work for various established companies that outsource the work for specific call programs. The caller was a human, and left a message with my name, company name, etc. So they must have been given the info to do the work, specifically seeing if I needed more info and that I could participate in my company sponsored HSA.

Received a call today from 847-383-4985. I don't know who had this number assigned to them previously but it was FedEx, calling to discuss retirement benefits and they left the number 1-855-604-6221, which is a valid number (I know because I used to work for FedEx)

This number called my elderly mother and pressed her to give them her deceased husband's social security number, as well as her bank account number and routing number. Thank GOD my mother did not give her the info... when my mother hesitated and balked at giving her the info, the woman got snippy and rude and said she would 'research' some more and call back. Sounds like a scam to me.
