I received an ambiguous text stating:'SPI Bill Alert. ETR bill $160.41 + 1.60 fee due. Rply YES ETR to confirm processing as u specified. 866-316-3360if dont recve conform msg. Txt STOP 2 end.'I have no idea what this text is referring to. I specified nothing with this entity. I don't remember getting earlier texts from this entity I just got this today and it show they been sending since October 15 and amounts to 4 texts! I'm totally confused!

SPI is a lending service/collector I receive a text from them every month to pay my car payment. The company is legitimate not a scam. Someone probably gave your phone number to them so they are attempting to collect payment from the number they have on file. You can contact their customers service and correct any issues you may be having.
