Threatening to pass a debt I don't have to third party. No idea what they are going on about. Bordering on harassment. Can I take action against them?

No idea who this is or what I am supposed to be a 'member' of?

Rec’d a text from them today saying I was in debt and that it would be passed onto a third party debt collector.The contract was for my son on a rolling monthly contract with a 30 day cancellation period.I cancelled on 30/9/17, paid the last installment on 18/10/17, so therefore owe no more money.What a joke...!!

I keep receiving the same text that my account is in arrears, I should call this number 01132038602 to settle or it will be passed onto a third part. I am not in arrears, when I call the number it goes to voicemail!

Txt me 3 times threatening to send my account to a debt collector as I was in default. This is untrue as my account is up to date . Went to x less a week ago to complain, still waiting to hear from the manager.

got a text saying i am in arrears, i signed up hurt my ankle and cancelled the plan the very next day, as i physically cant use the gym, this was way inside my 14 day cooling off period.Joke of a company, they dont answer the phone it rings through to a voicemail which doesnt take new messages

Receiving the same messages as everyone else - EVERY SINGLE DAY!!Cancelled my membership after 1 year as I was moving out of the area.4 years later they have decided to start sending the same message every single day. This is harassment surely?!You cant even block the number because it comes through as X4L. Absolute joke!

Got text telling me to ring this no. otherwise 'Harlands' would be taking me to court for x4l debt? Emailed 'Harland' and have heard nothing. Got text today from a mobile 07885216965 telling me that 'CRS' needed to discuss a letter that they had sent me,( not received one), and to ring 01444449165. Research all leads back to excercise for less...I am a Bannatyne member !! Amateur extortionists.

Got the text from them yesterday saying my account is in arrears and if I don't resolve it they gonna pass it to third party as I recently cancelled my membership with them.called the no been told I had one year contract and hafd to have a good reason for cancellation otherwise got to pay £75 as cancellation fee and I had no other choice :((((

I also have just received the same text, I won't be bullied into ringing the number or paying more.I've messaged Xercise4less on their twitter account.

My wife had a text from this number, she signed a year contract but hadn’t been for 8 months due to the birth of our daughter. Cancelled after a year but still got the same threatening message.

Need to stop this number as it is a scam.

Xcerscise4less telling me I have debt with them and need to resolve an account. Never set up an account with such a company.

I recieved a text saying my debt will be passed on to debt collectors if not paid even though i have no debt! I completed my contract of 12 months and decided to cancel it. This is just scaring me as I have never experienced such a thing. X4L are pure scammers.

Who are these people who keep harassing me with texts about an unpaid debt? I don't have any unpaid debts. I keep strict budget controls and know exactly what's what with regard to my finances. Are they a scam?

I received this text today. I had no idea who it was from but I have recently cancelled my gym membership at Excerise 4 less which is owned by Harlands.This is extortion I have been paying for the last 12 month but unable to use the gym due to injury, so I owe them nothing.Will take this to the police if an apology is not immediately forthcoming.
