Insurance sales Caller: Legal and general

These have rang me for the past few days. Today however was very strange! I answered & a guy started saying really random things to me like you can come & stay at my house etc & saying my name & some really weird things. I let him talk for a bit then said thank you my phone records calls & he hung up! Who can i complain to? I have saved the recording! That is very unprofessional
