This number has ring me every day for the last week, no one ever answers when i pick up. Oddly i have just moved off of Talktalk and wonder if it is these clowns.I am now going to report the number to Ofcom complaints, silent calls are a clear sign of incompetence by the calling company.

Unlike others here the caller claimed they were from BT tried to sell me a mobile phone

Phoned me today for the second time. There was delay before he spoke, assumed it was yet another scam and put the phone down.

Said they were AMAZON PRIME and I was being charged £39.99 then asked if I wanted a refund. When I called the number back it said I’d been called by Talk Talk so I’m not going to answer this number again.

Male sounded very professional. Said he was from TalkTalk and all calls recorded. He could even tell me my monthly bill cost. I didn't divulge any information but from what I could gather he was trying to sell me something. At nearly 78 years of age I told him I didn't need any upgrade and, after nearly 8 minutes he gave the impression that he wanted to end the call quite quickly. Everyone by suspicious.

Sick to death of this number continuing to ring ..They try to be polite .. Scam scam scam Please TT try and resolve all these scam calls before you lose your customers

I am a TalkTalk customer and I've been called from this number both on my mobile and on my home number recently. I have checked with TalkTalk and they confirmed that 01158600169 belongs to their Nottingham Loyalties team and it is genuine.

Silent call. Previously received a possibly-genuine call from this number (claimed to be TalkTalk), but suspicious and so gave away no info. I asked them to write to me, but haven't received anything, raising my suspicions. Yet more suspicious now because of the silent call, received late on a Saturday evening of all things!

Keeps ringing for a month now everyday

This number has started to call not only my house phone but also my bloody mobile phone!! Where have they had my mobile number from??? When I answer, I get silence, or they hang up straight away. Getting really sick of all these nuisance calls now.

Called yesterday at 12.39 hours. The only call I received yesterday was about House Insurance renewal.

This number has been ringing me for about a week now. Luckily ive kept missing the calls, but on answer phone they dont leave a msge, just silence then put phone down.

had this guy just phone me to see if i was happy with the package that i had so i said yes i was he asked again to make such then i said yes again and then i said good bye

This number has been calling me for about a week finally I answered the man was asking me if I was happy with my talk talk package I said I was but didn't give any information is this talk talk calling me ?

Caller said he was from TalkTalk and asked for my passcode. Knew my full name etc. When questioned he became defensive so hung up on him.

Claim to be from talk talk but couldn't answer my security questions. My transfer to Sky was cancelled without my permission within minutes of my hanging up. Talk talk deny knowledge but there again they are prohibited from contacting customers to stop moving away. I wonder if this is a way round the rules?

THIS IS NOT TALKTALK! I rang talktalk and they said they had no record of them calling and to ignore the calls. they are posing as talktalk. this title is misleading.

01158600169... If this is TALKTALK I wouldn't be surprised as I dumped them last weekend, as their performance has been increasingly cr*p! been inundated with letters and emails since, looking to promote how good they are... they are SH*T.....lol

It really seems to come from Talk Talk as my husband answered a call a several days ago and the caller said he was from Talk Talk. My husband told him that we were not interested. Yet, since then, this number rings up every day, doesn't leave a message. Really annoying.

never speak with anyone from talktalk on the phone - unless you call them - most work for foreign scams and should all be puit ion a large pen with animals

Seem to be actual talkTalk, Operating outside of main systems (no record of calls made) However can stop your transfer to another provider without further reference

Only to report that I was called by this number this morning. Having had a nuisance call yesterday (different number) I didn't pick up the phone until ringing stopped, then dialled 1471 and googled the number, contacted your website.

Rececieved a call today 4.20.Caller said they were from TT and wanted me to upgrade my Anti-virus software.I told them I use my own.They then rang off but not before I had asked them whereabouts they were situated,they told me South Wales.
