Also use 0203 476 6425. I contacted 'Felix' at Media Match complaints as advised by Adam (above). Thanks for that. Now apparently off their list. More worrying is the fact that they asked for me by name and used a mobile number which I have only ever given to my immediate family. I've asked them to let me know where they got this info from.. I strongly suspect it came from my service provider???
