Rang me SEVEN times yesterday - when I wasn't in - then again this morning (from 004) which I answered. Tried to claim she was ringing from the Telephone Preference Service (with whom I've been registered for years) saying they were going to stop me getting unwanted phone calls. Didn't give her a chance at any more of her spiel - just told her 'fine - that's why I'm registered with you. Do your job. Goodbye.' What are these people up to ?

Have had these calls since it started on 27th March, six so far. I answered the first and they spoke asking if I had nuisance calls. I said yes this is one, the man laughed and hung up. After a further 5 which I supposedly have blocked. The new number ending in 004 is being used, Is there anyway these idiots can be stopped through trading laws etc. ??

Rang my elderly mum who has Alzheimer’s asking about her credit/debit card. Mum had no idea who they were, they got annoyed then wanted to speak to me (daughter) but I wasn’t at mums st time. Is this a scam or would bank be ringing? When we I ring above no back it says it not in service???
