It's not a scam. It's AO calling to confirm a delivery. They also offer insurance of your new appliance which is a great thing. I have all 4 of my products insured and have had to use it in the past. No excess,no call out charges and no charge for parts. All for a couple of pound per month. Well worth it
I have also just received a call from this number having just ordered a new Fridge/Freezer from AO.com. I didn't answer it, as I NEVER answer calls from numbers that I don't recognise. If I get another call from it, I will answer and the response they will get will be unfavourable, so to speak.
