I was automatically switched to Scottish Power after the demise of Tonik in September. I have tried to speak to an actual person ever since. Now I am definitely leaving them due to hopeless customer service. Its interesting now they are trying to retrieve the situation by constantly ringing but completely fed up with companies providing dreadful service.
Scottish power called from this number, Not the usual Scottish power number, Wanted to to know why I was leaving and Who was going with I had called previously but they could not offer me good deal for being loyal and anyway I‚Äôm sure she would know my new Supplyer by now, They hung up
