The lady states that she is from the Maintenence department (but does not say where of) and continues that my Sky equipment has not neeed a call out for 12 months and that I am due a rebate, can I give them my bank details so they can facilitate tis refund. My argument is i havea duirect debit to sky, so they have it. How do they know I have Sky or is it a guess?

100% scam. I answered a 'survey' from an Indian sounding gentleman. I make up all of my answers. Been getting calls about my Hoover washing machine, Sony television and Sky box, none of which I own. If they were a genuine company you would expect their number to be at, or near the top of a Google search.
I received a call from 02036954980, and took up a maintenance contract with them for my sky tv equipment, i was obviously a bit causcious about it, but when my sky box stopped working, fair enough they had a sky approved engineer come straight out and fix it. it turns out they are NOT a scam, and are a genuine company who actually do what they say they will. so if yo0u receive a call from this number, please dont be afraid, they only help you.
