Called yesterday I hung up as I had not had an accident, put in my block list, checked today and they have called 11 times so now reported them.

I too am registered with tps, had a phone call just now man with Asian accent said he was from countrywide suggesting I was due compensation from a road traffic accident, told me the accident was in south west London and they had been given the info. From road traffic authority. Kept him taking a while asking where he got my number from and where the accident was. He got quite flustered then quickly apologised and rang off saying it must have been a clerical error.

Rang this evening but phone went dead when I answered

Recorded message says 'Goodbye' then line goes dead! - block them from calling again

Pain in the butt keeps phoning nothing said when I answer

I also had a call Asian male stated he worked for country wide limited and was calling about an accident. Told me he has received the information from the traffic authority. When I asked for contact details of the company they surprisingly hung up. I've had calls to my mobile and home numbers though

Spam call received today, exactly as is mentioned above - Countrywide Insurance, asked how I was. luckily my phone came up saying that the number was a possible spam so I hung up.

Cold call about involvement in traffic accident. Totally false and ignores our registration with TPS

Asian man asked How are you today Ma'am? obviously trying to initiate a conversation. Put phone down on him.

Basted get my number from gumtree

This number called at least 20 Times today claiming to be from 'countrywide Insurance' saying they had information I had been involved in an accident recently - I haven't. Repeatedly promised not to call again, then called again. Suggest everyone Add to blocked list for peace of mind

I'm based in Swansea, Wales. I answered the call to, 'good bye.' Then the line went dead.

Prerecorded female message saying goodbye then disconnects. Probably auto dialer checking for live numbers.

Called today; now blocked..

I answered the phone to an asian gentleman asking how I was. Told him I was not good and he said he was ringing in response to the accident I had recently had. I just told him I had not been involved in an accident and to go away

Said Goodbye Then hung up

I answered and in a recording it said good bye and hung up! Number blocked
