i havr had £14.99 taken out of my bank today i did not give no permision i want the money back in my bank today and the police are being involved

Just noticed this company have taken £14.99 out of my bank account for months!! Didn’t even authorise this don’t even know who they are or how they got my bank details!! Will be reporting

Hi, this number comes up on my bank statements as reference to credit perfect. I call the number from the Google site but get put on hold forever.I've had 3 payments of £14.99 taken from my account so far.Any help on how I can stop this, as I have not given permission or know whom this group is.Thankyou.
