Called to ask when we were leasing new premises, I told them that as I didn't know who they were it was none of their business. The caller threw abuse at me and hung up. A couple of minutes later he phoned back and a colleague answered to be told I have a weapon so look out.

Extremely bad mannered and quite intimidating phone call - they should be stopped!!

also using 01254 470953and 01752 717216literally had about 30 calls from them today, on both my personal and work mobiles. I haven't answered, but not sure what it is they are trying to achieve?

spoke to our staff in an unprofessional manner. Have been ringing constantly with the wrong name to begin with. Absolute harrassment!!!!!

Plain rude and aggressive asked them to take my number off their list and got more abuse , somewhere there has to be a department to deal with nuisance companies like this they use threatening comments, which are totally unfounded and they have no actual information on any of the utilities used

I have had 6 calls from them between 10am and 1.30pm saying that they have had confirmation I have taken over a property and would like to discuss electric, how they really found this out im guessing is through my facebook business page. Ringing saying that we have recently moved into property & want to put us on best tariff. We told then we moved in a year ago & on a 3 yr contract so not to keep ringing us.

This bastard cold called, started asking intrusive questions and put the phone down when I said this is getting weird!!They should be prosecuted and cut off immediately.

Its a complete scam. do not tell them anything, make a note of the numbers they call from. It is harassment

These people are being total pests over a dozen calls in a few days and when asked what company they represent they either evade the question or hang up

I had similar thing a few years back this time it's these guys. I tried to tell them I'm ok. They won't have it need to know who I'm with now and how much I'm paying. Tried to tell them I understand their game they get commission for switching me, but I'm ok. He replied no we don't work on commission. So how does your company operate then? I asked. We get paid from the energy companies directly. After that he said you obviously know everything, to which I replied yes I know everything!
