After ordering a new phone today my son go a call from this number saying they needed him to confirm his mame address and date of bith etc. Thankfully I taught him we & he refused to give them any details seems very suspiscious me just ordering a new phone from 3 wonder IF they have some bent employees passing on genuine cusomers details to the scammers? I will be ringing 3 support to complain & make them aware. My A/c is password protected. Hope this helps someone else.

Received a call this morning purporting to be from Three security. They wanted to go through security verification to confirm an order I made yesterday. Not calling back as this is suspicious.

Got a call from this number saying they were from three security and that they needed information to verify my details before they can send my new mobile. Took their number and said would phone them back. Contacted three who said it was not them.

Got phone call out of the blue. 2 days after ordering new phone, spoke to three on their official number and they do not cold call asking for any details, do not answer any questions if this happens to you, ask for the callers number and hang up it’s a scam.

Received a voicemail from this number, stating that they have to go through further security checks regarding my order. When called Three, they had no record of anyone calling me????? They said the order went through fine and will be receiving my mobile in 2 days

2 days after ordering a new phone on line got a call from someone saying they were from the company and needed to check my details, they new my name and address and what I had ordered. I phoned the company and they told me they do not ask for any details over the phone and will make a note on my files.

This happened to me today. Did your son receive his phone okay? Was it a scam number in the end? Thanks!

My husband ordered a new phone online with three. Then today received a call from this number Saying they are from the fraud squad and to confirm his details which he did. He called 3 direct and they confirmed that it is a genuine call from the 3 fraud and security squad as it is an expensive phone they do this as a follow up.

I ordered a new phone from Three and got 2 missed calls from this number saying there were from the fraud squad and to call back, failure to do so would result in a delay on my delivery. Do not answer their calls it is a scam, my phone came as normal

I got a call from this number saying I had upgraded my Three phone, they asked for address and DOB. I said no at first but then they did a text to the number I normally get Three texts from. They said they will cancel the order. I'm very confused as to whether it was real or not. Checked with Three direct today, confirmed order has been cancelled. Will not be answering any questions ever again with this number, felt very uneasy from this experience.

Yep - suspicious call. Number not listed on Three website and they even texted it

This number is Three fraud and security. I triple checked whilst on the phone to them.
