just checked my bank statement for october, it appears i have made a payment of £169.34p . i have no idea what this is about ,please help

Received a text claiming needing postage for a delivery followed by a call from this number who claimed to be Coop bank. Called Coop and its a scam.

To me the calls from this phone number, and the constant knocks at the door, are harassing. Virgin Media recently put fast fibre cables in our area of Shrewsbury. Since then daily/twice daily phone calls (which I ignore) or people at the door trying to persuade me I need their very expensive packages. They do not appear to want to take no for an answer so I presume the sales people are on commission!

I can't really add much to previous comments, this number called today, however I did not pick up - never do so if I do not recognise the number. I tend to think that if it's a legitimate caller they'll leave a message - there was no message. I am a Virgin customer, but am not interested in any sales blurb, so even if the call was legit. I've lost nothing.

Received text message saying they would call regarding my complaint. Firstly don’t have Virgin Media and, secondly, I certainly haven’t made a complaint. Mobile rang shortly after, but I ignored.

Charged £4.16 for apparently dialling this number. Scam!!!!!

Bank Fraud. This number ask you to transfer money to another bank account to protect your money from fraud. Hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, called me claiming to be from Co op Bank. With my assistance, £5k was moved through my bank account. Thankfully Co op realised something fishy and blocked my account. Please don't be conned like I was!

Got a call, on my mobile, from this number two weeks after raising a complaint with virgin media. They said they were from virgin media compalints but I could not understand them very well so terminated the call. I then thought, that I didn't recall giving virgin my mobile number, so this could be a scam.

Told me to jump of a bridge and insulted me after trying to scam me.

We have come to the end of our Mobile contract this is Virgin Media doing the hard sell

I never answer a call if I don't recognise the number. If it's important they would or should leave a message. If they don't I block them!

Got phone call re: 3 month old complaint - a bit random as issue was resolved few months ago - suspicious despite reference to the fact that this is supposed to be a legitimate number - caller insisted that I should listen when I said I was busy and made it crystal clear that there was nothing to discuss - nuisance caller - time waster - didn't give details just hung up!!!

I keep getting silent phone calls from this number but wen i ring back using this number virgin media try to deny it saying it must be another company i no its them so i made a complaint to ofcom but it needs more people to complain for ofcom to take action

I didn't find the engineer I was talking to very helpful at all. I explained I was an old age pensioner and lived alone when he asked me to turn things on and off By the time I had looked at my router he had rung off.

I rang this number which is virgin media because I had a fault with my broadband. I then got my virgin media bill and they've changed me for phoning this number. Strange really, Cos I have virgin media broadband and phone line so WTF is that about!!!!!!!!!!!!!

XXXXX media asking if I want to cancel my service as potential new tenants called them to get new services booked in. They asked for my security information to verify me, But I said as you called me can you verify who you are but they couldn't. May or may not be legit but safer to contact them directly when I am ready.
