very persistant and rude with an indian accent.. spoke over me when i said my computer had not been hacked.. i hung up.. but my elderly mother had a caller who told her he was going to come round and smash her f.....g head in,,,, it shook her up for a while... these callers are now resorting to using mobile phone numbers so are more difficult to detect......
