I've had some nuisance calls from this number claiming to be from Virgin Media. I am a Virgin customer. I've recently contacted their customer service department and complained to them about their pressure sales. They told me the calls will now stop. Its been over 2 weeks without a phone call from them. Time will tell!

Have had countless calls on both mobile & land line. When I have answered, an Asian sounding person has said they are from Virgin (we are Virgin customers). First time said thanks but no thanks, various short things said by me after. Just need this stopped, had 2 calls on mobile yesterday, same today, who knows at home as I'm in hospital!!

Has phoned pretending to be from virgin media. She sounds Phillipino very difficult to understand. Requires confirmation of your virgin media account which she says she has my account details. So I said if you have all my details send me an email. Of course no email arrived. She is trying to sell virus protection and other internet services. Obviously a con.

Getting a call everyday - twice a day sometimes from this number. When I say hello they say hello and I ask who is calling. They put the phone down. They then connect to voicemail and do not leave a message on there. I generally do not answer any call that is not in my phone book but decided to see who this is. They do not say. I will block the number now. I would imagine if it really was Virgin they would not harass that much. However they may. Who knows. BLOCK IT

Received two unsolicited calls yesterday, 18/04/2017 from 0800 183 6408 at 18:07 - a lady with a strong foreign accent (maybe Filipino) asked for me by name, so I replied Sorry, I'm not interested. and put the phone down. The second call was from 0800 408 9340 at 20:37 - there was silence from the other end, so I knew it was from a foreign automated call centre and I put the phone down. I had no idea that they were from Virgin Media.
