I received a call from telephone number: 0800 640 4999 again claiming to be from the DWP in connection with ESA. THE caller was female and spoke with a pronounced West African accent (Nigeria, perhaps). I did not release any info about myself though she knew my name. I simply told her that this communication is irregular and to contact me in writing. I put the phone down and received two silent voice mails and a call from the same number that also went silent.Treat as suspicious.
