In addition to my earlier report calls came on landline. Dont even know that number myself and never get calls on it. My son who has Santander account just called me to say he has had calls too but was sensible enough to ignore them

I'm getting hounded by this fake number for santander! i have checked 3 days running that my account is ok. also getting calls from 0800 759 0420, 08003890755, 08009123123, 08006406101 & 44 7537 431317

Santander Fraud Department - yes - this is a genuine number. I was so convinced it was a phishing scam that I've reported it through Action Fraud. The problem was that the call was for my son so Santander wouldn't speak to me and weren't interested in the number. I'm annoyed now. A lot of worry and effort over a normal call. (In an automated voice.)

They did not get pass our shield guardian, guessing it was an automated message. Even so why would Santander call us we don`t have accounts with them or know anyone that does for that matter. Phishing call I believe.

i had 2 Text messages from this no at 9pm saying they were from santander fraud center,they told me my card had been used for a transaction and to Text( y) if i reconsidered the transaction or( n) if i did not, they gave me a tel number to call 08006406102, which i did not, then 10 mins later received 3 calls from them, i cut them off on the last call,this number dose not match santander fraud no, do not reply to the text or there calls, contact your bank to report.

This is a genuine call from the Santander fraud department checking online card transactions.

This is a scam.I phoned Santander directly having hung up on the number and they’ve confirmed it was not a number they ever use.DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NUMBER

My wife received a call from this number at 9:05am (15/11/2017). It was an automated voice message claiming to be from the Santander Serious Fraud Office, with an instruction to Press any key to continue. My wife stopped the call immediately by hanging up the phone. Clearly this was not a process a bank would adopt if the situation was real.What was alarming was that they had our correct names and home telephone number.
