Said her name was Vanessa from credit mutual. Said I owed Bally fitness from 11 yrs ago. This isn't a real business and she tried getting my business and social security number . This has happened to 30 other people today I googled the number and seen all the same comments as what she said to me!

Said the same as above filing several pending allocations against me. Gave a reference number but did not say what it was about,

Was left a message stating allegations against me and I risk losing my rights. Scam read everything above points to this conclusion. Blocked number.

She speaks English and said that my husband owes money and the state was going to pursue actions against him it's a scam. Beware someone needs to do something about them

Original number was from Texas, but gave the 202 number to call back.

Message says there is pending litigation against me.

They keep calling and harrassing me and my family members....They threaten to file charges against to pursue the case of a company Bally Total Fitness gym which no longer exist....and statute of limitation for collection is long passed.

Caller said that they received several allegations, and investigation would start. In best interest to call immediately.

Have received a call several times now and they leave a recording stating that there are pending charges against me and give my last name from a previous marriage said they need my address and confirm job. they call from different numbers but always leave the same number to call back 202-800-5518

I've gotten five calls from this phone number 505-336-9554, asking for my daughter, then asking for somebody else, saying that they're going to file all these charges against her, so I looked up the number they left for her to call and they say the same thing. These are scam calls they need to really stop this they call me constantly. So I did block the numbers this time.

I was informed that I had an outstanding balance from a payday loan over 5 years old that is now over $2k. Was given the option to pay $700 to clear it up or they would start to garnish my wages. Wasn't really for sure if it was legit cause the girl was very rude and hung up very fast with me.

Said I had several aligations and it was in my best interest to call ..very threatening. I am being investigated..for what cheating on my diet..lol SCAM
