Someone called me from this number and asked for my husband (by his first name only). I told him this is his wife speaking, and he said never mind. I didn't clearly here him so I asked him to repeat, and he says :can you even speak English?!' I asked who he was/reason for calling and he said 'none of your business lady, goodbye!' Then just sat there not disconnecting the call.

These a--hole scanners are caning me once again. It's been about 18 months. They scam call from all of PEPCO's numbers. I don't even have an account with them. Nice try, idiot.
