Amazon called me to resolve a issue about a charge on AWS site, they helped me a lot! And the problem was solved!

Called and left a message, then called back. He wanted my email associated with my seller account on amazon. I told him that Amazon support should already have that info, and Amazon never calls account holders. They contact through email. Adios.. Don't give this guy any info. Fraudster Asshat.

Tried to set up Amazon prime on my tv and called this number, which was verifiably an Amazon number. Ended up removing 1000 from my account through my Amazon and Amazon doesn't care! No medication this month at least!

First a robocall/recording then after answering the call, a person from another country with a lot of background noise tells me a purchase of almost $800 dollars from Dayton Ohio was made on my Amazon account. I hung up and went to my account and there were no purchases made from there.I truly believe this is a scam, don't answer the call.

I received a call from this number claiming to be Amazon reporting that someone was attempting to use my card from a different account. The caller was able to identify recent purchases but I still did not give them any credit information. I contacted Amazon via chat through their web portal and they said they did not call me. BUT turns out there was fraudulent activity on my card. SO the card data had been stolen and the call was fraudulent!! Beware and to be safe cancel your card!!!

The call I got was legitimate and was a follow up to a customer service request. Since I did not recognize the number I did not answer but they left a voice mail with the answer to my question and without a request for any additional information. If it really is Amazon calling they will leave a voicemail.

I received a call from this number today alerting me that someone had used my amazon account to buy two xbox live card and to verify that I had not made the purchase myself. I had not, the account was used fraudulently. This was a valid call.

I got called 7 times 11/26/20. I called the number back and a recording saying the number is no longer in service. When they first call a recording say my Amazon account has been charged $729.00 from a order in Ohio. Today 11/27/20, I had received three more calls from three different numbers (so far) with the same message. It's a recording at first, if you press 1 you can talk to a low life person who has no skills to get a REAL JOB!

Got an Urgent call from a man with a strong Indian accent so strong I could barely understand him . He said he was from Amazon. I used phone number block and called the number and found it was a regular voice mail box with no name on it. It was a private line.

I was called from this number. Sent it to my call screening. Transcript comes in with some message about Audible and podcasts.Then goes to 'HI thanks for getting back to Auto Mall this is Elden how may I help you today.'I have never called nor contacted Auto Mall. Appears the spammers/scammers are even trying to make it really sound legit from Amazon.Really hope there is some Karma reflection for these type people.

Received a call on my work phone and cell phone. He claimed to be a Amazon Rep. Just wanted to confirm that I ordered Auto Parts on my credit card. The credit card number he was trying to verify is expired and was never used for a Amazon purchase. The message said that I had 15 minutes to call back. I never called back. I did check my Amazon account today to see if someone ordered something on my account. Nothing is there. Also, why would I order Auto Parts when I don't own a car.

100% scam by some tired sounding Indian dude. Companies will text or email and never call. Don't fall for this sh*t, hang up and call back the official number from amazon.com

FROM AMAZON - DO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND - This is a fraudulent 'fishing' call. I just spoke with Amazon directly and they were adamant that this call did not come from them at all. They were surprised that anyone would report this number as trustworthy - my guess it those who reported this as trustworthy are part of the scam.

Called several times, about a suspicious charge to my account. I called Amazon & they advised me that they don't make those types of calls!

I believe this is now a bogus number. I received a call from this number and they identified themselves as diapers.com. They did not ask for any personal information but the call occurred on the same day that fradulent charges appeared on my credit card.

I am getting these calls now too and I work at Amazon lol. I can assure you this is a scam, not a legit call from Amazon.

Called 5 times within the hour and left an automated message that claimed they were from Amazon Customer Care. I checked my account and there were no charges that I did not recognize and no orders that I did not order. Ignore the calls

Claims to be some issue with Amazon seller account. There are no issues. Fake callers.

I called amazon and since the rep could not resolve my issue i escalated it to a supervisor who called back from this number so like somone said others may b spoofing their number

They called to ask that I provide personal information to confirm a gift card ordered fraudulently on my Amazon account. I had to cancel my credit card and account.

Received partial voice mail messages every 10 minutes all day November 23, 2020 from 206-508-4051. Noticed that other folks are complaining about receiving the same robo call from this number on this same day. You'd think phone companies could spot unusual heavy activity from one number and look into it.
