I received a call from the above phone today, June9, 2016. Person stated that he was from the IRS and they were suing me. They wanted personal information and stated that I would be arrested if I did not provide it. I suggested they send a Federal Agent IMMEDIATELY and they hung up. This may be a scam but it is very disruptive to me as it probably is to others. These people should be put away for a very long time in a not so good plasce

Why can this be stopped, Very annoying and sick of people doing crap like this because they do not want to work. Put them in Prison.

The IRS ALWAYS sends notices by mail - never by telephone!

I too have received this robot call. Total scam! Telling you to contact them. Saying they this is your final notice and have filed a lawsuit against me. Do not call!

Keeps calling my house

I have been getting calls from this number 213-141-5163 everyday since February. They say they are with the IRS and have filed a law suit against me. Reported this number to; FCC, FTC, FBI and Attorney Generals office. THIS IS A SCAM AND NEED TO BE CAUGHT.

got this robocall a couple of times. this time the number to call was a 410 area code.

This number has called numerous times stating that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and given several lawsuit numbers. Each time they call, they give a different lawsuit number.Should I block this caller?

unknown, unlabeled number called, I sent it to vm; female computer message claiming to be the IRS stating they've been trying to get a hold of me and that this was a final warning, that the IRS was suing me. and then hung up abruptly. no reference or number to verify call or call back.

Just googled this number because I too have received a call that there is an IRS lawsuit against me. These people need to go to prison. This is just sick.

They called saying this is the last attempt to contact me because the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and told me to call 347-637-6194. Total crap

IRS automated call...just hang up!

This recorded message is a total scam. The IRS doesn't make phone calls. I've received several phone calls from the IRS claiming they were suing me. I've even had live scammers call and tell me my address and then threaten me by saying the sheriff would be arriving at my door soon if I didn't pay up. Guess what? No one ever showed up...it's a total scam.

I have received about six calls from this number. I was never home at the time. I will not return the call. I don't believe the IRS would call you.

I called these morons back over a dozen times, each time I abused and insulted these scammers, then I called back again saying I was concerned, and would do what ever I needed to do to avoid the law suit, then after their scam directions on what I needed to do, I cut them off, and gave them some more verbal abuse,...... we need to strike back at these pimp leaching scammers.

I have received a call on June 13 and 14. I went through these annoying calls in 2015. I agree these people need to be prosecuted ASAP.

Left me a message on Memorial Day saying they were the IRS and they had filed a lawsuit against me. I would think I would get something in the mail if this was legit.

I have been getting this phone under the guise of Name not found. Usually I do not pick up but to-day I decided to know who is calling. Sure enough, it was a scam call from IRS. I immediately hung up. I think these people try to scare senior citizens. We need to be aware of this and not get taken by these people.

This number has reached Texas residents. Thank you for your input. I know now this is just a scam!! I knew I have no trouble with the IRS. This people need to be STOPPED. .
