I just received a call from this number looking for my ex husband and proceed to give me a case number and asked for him to call. Says if he didn't appear in court there would be a warrant. Call came through as No Caller Id! Bogus Scammers!

A stern sounding female left a voicemail asking for the wrong name which sounded like Gina Ladd (?). Told me to call this number and reference complaint #13490850 or the docs will go to court. If it was legit I thought I better help 'Gina' out but, thanks to other complaints, I now know it's bogus.

Received call stating a summons has been issued for my ex husband and asked if he would appear in court tomorrow. They provided a phone number and case number and asked him to return her call. I believe this is a scam to get people to give up money. Beware!

Just got a call from unknown saying she was going to sue my husband and that he needed to call the number listed above within 2 hours to avoid being prosecuted by a judge. When I asked who she worked for she said “general ____ services” I asked her twice and she said it too fast and insisted on giving me the phone number and reference case #. She said my spouses name incorrect 3 different times. Scam!

My sister got a call saying I was being sued and gave me the phone number. I called. It's for Continental Finance. I contested this account back in March 2019. I can't remember who the original lender was but there was no record of a debt. My credit report shows TBOM/CONTFIN. As being PAID. Also, a year ago I was making payments to Continental Finance. They were taking $20 a month out of my account but I disputed this with my bank as the company Continental Finance could not be verified. I was able to get back $60 of $360.

I received an unknown caller message. The caller did not leave her name or the company she was with. She gave a phone number and claim number to call to avoid further prosecution in a legal matter. I have not received anything in person or in the mail as of this date.
