Person calling on behalf of Edward Jones, I ask what office? They were stunned did not know how to respond. So I told them not to call back.

The firm hires a company to call randomly selected clients to ask them to complete a client satisfaction survey. When you do complete the survey, it helps us see how we are (or are not) meeting your needs. That is all it is and you may decline to take the survey. Just trying to make sure we are meeting the needs of those we serve and if not, how to improve.

I let the answering machine take the call, but no message was left. We do business with Edward Jones Investments, but did not answer as our agent is local and not at area code 231. It appears the caller wants to deceive people by using a well known company name.

Probably a scam using the name Edward Jones like the financial institution. Left no voice mail. Our local agent did not call us.

Don't know if they are legit or not but they made the mistake of calling me on Saturday during college football which is a huge no-no around here and resulted in a severe butt-chewing from me.

Continually got calls from this number at around 6PM.the frequency and the consistent timing made this call extremely frustrating as I have no affiliation with Michigan, much less Cheboygan. I suspect its a scam, please make these calls stop.Thank you!

I've received calls from this number each week for nearly a month. They never leave a voicemail. If it is Edward Jones as the string of prior calls seems to indicate I asked them to remove me from their phone list several times. I no longer answer calls from callers I do not recognize. My phone doesn't block but I would if I could.

I have EJ for investments but have this type of call and exact phone number blocked for YEARS! Telling them not to call me anymore results in total rudeness from the caller. I have complained to my local agent many times and get told they ony call to get feedback to improve their services. Improve it by following my request to never call me again!

Interesting to see number comes up as Edward Jones and most complaints acknowledge they have an Edward Jones account BUT I do not even have an Edward Jones account so sounds like a phishing for info scam.

Received a call from this number at 7:28 p.m. My agent is a local number. I declined to take the call.Sent to voice mail.No message left.

The person said they were conducting a survey for Edward Jones about my agent. They even said his name. Then said they they were unable to do the survey, thanked me and hung up.

Called late - after 7:00 PM local, in the evening. I would not answer as number is not in my known contacts list. Left no message.

If this tosser is working on behalf of Edward Jones the investment company they should broadcast their ID in the clear and NOT call me every frakking night.

They have called me often in the last 2 weeks. Leave no message. My Edward Jones agent is local right next door and not at the area code 231.

Keep getting calls at all hours from this number on my prepaid cell phone. I called my local EJ agent and they said they did not call and as far as they know, EJ corporate has no calling campaign and no office in Sheboygan MI. This is a fake caller, hoping to 'phish' for your EJ account info!

I responded to an email survey and said that I would not recommend Edward Jones, so I figured that was why they were calling me. I ignore them.

Are YOU willing to risk YOUR retirement on the phone call I received??? Judging by the insanely high complaint level & negative responses to these calls...well...There's your sign! If these are survey calls for customer satisfaction, EJ has missed the mark.People, don't ever acknowledge or respond to a caller you don't know...PERIOD.

I too deal with Edward Jones and in past have verified call to be legitament from local agent. I have also elected to not answer but even with market conditions very happy with both my agents and Edward Jones services. If I could just get these other investors to just chill and let the market grow.

My Edward Jones agent is also a personal friend and I know he's not in MI. They don't leave any type of message either. Smells of SCAM!!

This is not the number of any EJ operation that I was able to confirm. Plus, if they were legit and really wanted to talk to me, they'd have left a message. I will be lodging a complaint with EJ directly.

If its Edward Jone's calling for the performance survey, why don't they leave a message? I called my credit card company to see if it was a fraud-based call, and he thought it was.

Person said they were FBI on behalf of Edward Jones and wanted to speak with client. When they were told no and what did they want, person hung up. Scammer/fraud!

The number they called on was one that was not associated with my Edward Jones account. Had to be a scam. I told them they were to remove me from their list immediately as they did not have my permission to call. They called a second time today. Did not answer.
