Getting calls 4-6 times a day. When I answer, recording but I did listen to the whole schpeel, got an option to talk to a human. Waited several minutes to some awful music. Complained that it was harassment calling so many times. That a payment was scheduled, before due date. Ugh!

I do have a Kohl's Card and have had it for years. This last month I was admittedly late w my payment. It's the FIRST Time I have ever been late on this card and it was only a month behind- not many months. This company literally started harassing me w multiple calls a day and Emails - starting the First day I was late... granted I am at fault here. But that is ridiculous. I will not be renewing my card w them.

Get numerous calls from this number daily. I listened to the whole dialog, pushed a number to speak to a live person. After several minutes, spoke with someone with a heavy Indian/Asian accent. I told them to check my account, that there was a payment scheduled. After a few moments, the guy verified it. I then told him that with so many calls during the day, and I'm talking 4 - 6 a day, it was harassment. Awful.

I told them they should have their customer service leave a message. The girl said they don’t like to leave personal info on recordings. Weird. If you have a card, call customer service directly.

They called me and left me a message. I called back and it was the same Kohl's menu that normally you have when you want to find out your account balance. I thought that I was passed the payment due date. After I put my 4 last numbers of my ssn I realized that something was wrong hung up and called back to the 800 number from Kohl's. costumer service right away told me to block the number cancel my card and order a new one PLEASE DONT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS CALLER IS A SCAM

It's robo call. I called back anonymously. It is set up with different options you can choose. One asks for full social another asks for your date of birth. When I intentionally messed up I got a real person that answers 'Thank you for calling Kohls', gives a fake name and bogus ID number (I called a few times). SCAM.It comes in under another number 210-346-2817 also.

Some times rings my phone up to 8 times a day one day I had 14 calls in a 13 hour period and the worst part is all various hours so annoying when I tried answering the call it hung up and when I don't answer it it waits for your voicemail to pick up but then is just silent or I hear giggling and hangs up it's so annoying because I work different hours and can't get sleep due to my phone ringing all hours it's like having a bunch of kids on the other side playing around.
