This number called a family member saying i had them as an emegency contact when i never put them on anything. Left a voicemail and gave a number for me to call a woman named Elizabeth Tuttle Saying i am under investigation and owe a bank $1,964.11 for a loan i never paid back.......this will be taken to court they said. None of this is true. This number is trying to scam you to collect money. Do not answer, nor call this number.

I just got the same harassing phone call you are all talking about. They say those awful things about my ex son-in-law. They have my new number which someone said they got by tracking my son-in-laws calls. I told her I knew it was a scam, and she said good luck getting my number removed that she wouldn't do it.

Called my mom my kids mom my gf ans sister aunts and uncles lol they are very persistent. Ill give them another 5 yrs for their persistence to pay off! Btw they never did say what it was in regards to just that they were moving forward with charges

Keep getting these annoying calls daily. My husband actualld did return the call last evening. He gave the ref number. When asked if he was me he said yes. There was a pause and aked if he was sure another pause. My husband then replied I had a sexchange operation ,Do you have a problem with that? These people will stop at nothing. There should be something that can be done. Just thought I'd share.

I got a call from this number today from Greg Harris. I actually talked to him and he told me that I owed around $1,600 to a company I paid off almost 10 years ago. When I asked why it didn't show up on my credit report he told me that it wasn't a credit bearing loan, I call BS. And I have proof I paid it. It's a scam yall..he called me from a WV number...then a PA number...now I'm told to call a MD number...

I said ill have my lawyer call u and this david scott got rude as hell saying how can i pay for a lawyer but i dont have 500 to pay my debt. Yea he almost got me til he got mad about the lawyer comment

Total Scam, at first they called me about a payday loan they said was taken out 7 years ago, they had the last four digits of my SS number and said that if I didn't take care of it that day that there would be a warrant issued for my arrest. After I hung up, a few minutes later someone called from a blocked number claiming to be from sheriffs office saying that if i didn't take care of the issue they would come arrest me. Same number is now called my in reference to my ex-husband

He had received an order of pending matters and that I was under investigation. He will verify my permanent address and employment. I may also contact the plaintiff at 267-308-5859. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of my rights. They even gave me a case number. No, I did not and will not return their call.

This number called and left a message to my step father whom I haven't spoken to in years and I have never put him down as a reference nor emergency contact. They said I was being investigated and being sued for $2,700 but their willing to settle for a lesser amount. I asked for the name of the company that is sueing me and she told me they don't have that information. I don't know but it seems like a scam to me.

Official intimidating sounding male voice warning me to contact the plaintiff (what plaintiff). Never stated his name or what agency he worked for (red flag) but said he would verify my employment and file charges with my county. Seems as if he didn't know what county I live in either..
