I ordered a taxi on 1/27/21 for 6am. Pickup on 1/28/21. Ordered head confirmed but no Taxi was available and this should have been explained to me when I booked it. Taxi never showed and you left me with no other option but public transportation at 6 in the morning which is unsafe for a Female. I will never use your service or recommend it to anyone.
