Received a call from this number. Said they were from Comcast and asked if I was interested in any promotions. I informed the caller that I did not want to change my plan and heard others communicating in the background using a foreign language. I then hung up. This was obviously a scam.

Currently on a call with a representative supposedly from Comcast offering me more channels for free since my 2 yr contract is expiring in a few months. After reading all the comments, I am hesitating to continue with the call. Have been placed on hold 3 times already.

I got a call from this number, my iphone said they were calling from Marathon, which seems suspicious to begin with. He offered me a Comcast security system. I said I don't need one because I have a big scary dog. He started asking me if anyone is home during the day with my dog. I'm skeptical when I hear stuff like that because my first thought is that someone is coming to rob me. I hung up. Hopefully you guys had a better experience than I did.

They called supposedly representing Comcast. They asked about who lived in my house what types of devices I use my internet with, kept putting me on hold trying to get me to upgrade my internet service. Finally I just hung up because it seemed like a scam.

Actually the call came under the guise of a spoofed phone number of a friend. Definitely not Comcast.
