Very persistent and called multiple times in a row. Before I could give consent I was being asked survey questions.

Gave a call back number 1-877-220-4805. Survey on childhood immunizations Wanted to know if there were children between 12 months and 4 years old living or staying in the household.

Call had so much static I could not understand them. Lady asked if she could call back. Wanted to do a survey. CDC and FDA are so screwed up I don't want anything to do with them so I blocked their number.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message I googled their number and found out they were the CDC. Reading these comments I find it chilling that they're asking about what children are in the household. In other countries they are removing children from the home if the parents are unvaccinated. Do not give these people any information they are not a legal authority over you and it's government overreach at its worst!

Got a call asking if ive been vaccinated, really creepy I didnt know this was an actual cdc number.

They have a survey about people who are vaccinated and unvaccinated and what different classifications of people are more or less likely to get the vaccine

The cdc/big pharma is attempting to discover thru their bogus survey additional ways to get you parent's too poison your own children using their vaccines. Vaccines do cause autism and push back on the CDC which is run and paid by big pharma. The CDC is calling people for volunteers for COVID vaccine studies. You must have registered with the CDC for some thing, or took a survey through Facebook or something. If you want to be a part of COVID studies, answer the phone.

Once they finish asking you covid related questions they ask for your age and if you are a male or female. Answering that you are are a male or female is not enough they continue digging into your sexual orientation. They said this survey was about covid not sexual orientation. Survey about covid... NOT!

Got a call from (312) 871-4243 at 8:23PM on 8/25/21 and also at 11:35AM on 8/26/21. Each had a banner of 'Notification' after I did not pick up. I don't pick up from anyone I don't know. They left no voice mail so it can't be that important to them or it is not a legit call even though someone else suggested it was from the CDC. Usually government agencies don't call soliciting.
